So far in the year, the students of Global Studies have gone to a multitude of events both on and off campus. These events have discussed topics relating to the current state of our country with Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, the current epidemic of a bacteria called schistosomiasis in Western Africa with epidemiologist Caitlin Wolfe, a talk about democracy in the U.S. with Colin McEnroe, a visit from a grandmaster in drumming, and an extensive two day visit with world traveler Oneika Raymond.
